My goal is to help make your life even more beautiful. I am honored to design artistic treats that reflect your unique qualities.

My name is Elizabeth Sund and I'm a home baker in Minot, North Dakota. I specialize in one-of-a-kind, hand-painted cakes and macarons.

I firmly believe two things:

  1. There’s always something to celebrate.

  2. There’s no such thing as too pretty to eat.

I love creating new designs for clients, and inspiration can come from anywhere! My most personalized cakes are based on unusual sources, like a person’s favorite book, wallpaper, car, or pet. I look forward to learning more about you during the process of creating your unique cake.

Local Bakes, Local Art

I love to infuse my baked goods with local elements, such as the North Dakota landscape and Scandinavian designs. For me, Dala horses represent family, love, and home.

I was married in Scandinavian Heritage Park eleven years ago, including a priceless group photo in front of Minot's massive Swedish Dala horse. Years later, I would take my daughter to that park when she was a toddler for endless games of hide-and-go-seek around the Dala horse's legs. My husband and I often celebrate our anniversary by eating lunch in the park where we were married.
